專長條件：
1. 10+ years of sales marketing experience, MBA preferred.
2. Proven expertise in result-oriented sales marketing strategy, digital and social marketing, and ecommerce
operations on a regional or global scale.
3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills for driving critical sales initiatives.
4. Hands-on approach with a track record of strategy development in sales marketing.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
6. Creative problem-solving, business acumen, and exceptional ability to foster alignment across
diverse teams, functions, cultures, and markets.
7. Sales or agency experience is a plus.
8. Google digital marketing certificates.
9. 英文精通多益800分以上
